Tommy O’Haver, whose credits include Ella Enchanted, is directing the Maya Entertainment production from his screenplay based on a story by Kevin Turen and O’Haver.

Spree follows a man on the eve of marriage whose philandering trawl through Hollywood spirals out of control in a darkly comedic way.

Production is scheduled to begin in early autumn. Jamie Adamic will produce along with Sandra Avila of Maya Entertainment.

“We are very excited about this production and believe the picture will have wide appeal with its edgy storyline and the winning combination of Hugh Dancy and our director Tommy O’Haver,” Maya’s evp of international distribution Elias Axume said.
