Los Angeles-based Iconic Productions has optioned the horror thriller Deadly Focus.

David Eric Rusk and Vince De Marinis wrote the screenplay in 2012 about a college student who acquires an old camera that can capture a person’s soul.

Iconic Productions principal Matt Nicholas will produce alongside CEO Judi Bell and Keepsake Productions’ Ashley Anguline.

Rob Walker will direct and serve as executive producer on the film through his company Canyon Pictures. The producers are currently out to casting.
