Foresight Unlimited’s film premiered in Park City and stars Dempsey and Ashley Judd as a customer and bank teller caught up in a double robbery attempt.

Mark Damon, Dempsey and Peter Safran produced the film and Rob Minkoff directed from a screenplay by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. The cast includes Jeffrey Tambor and Tim Blake Nelson.

IFC will release theatrically and on VOD and negotiated the deal with UTA’s independent finance and packaging division, which is riding high following its most successful Sundance where it concluded more than a dozen sales.

The deal also means that IFC will release both of Foresight Unlimited’s Sundance entries after earlier taking rights to The Ledge. Damon said this made “doubly clear” the faith he had in the distributor.
