First-time director Evan Kelly’s sci-fi thriller has won several awards including both the Gold Audience Choice award for Best Canadian Film and AMD award for screenplay at Fantasia 2011.

The Corridor is based on Josh MacDonald’s screenplay about friends who access a portal that enhances awareness and leads to confrontation. Stephen Chambers, James Gilbert and David Patrick Flemming star and Craig Cameron and Mike Masters produced.

The Corridor shot in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with funding from Telefilm Canada and Nova Scotia Film.

Sundance Selects / IFC Films director of acquisitions and productions Jeff Deutchman negotiated the deal with Nate Bolotin at XYZ Films on behalf of the filmmakers.
