Image Entertainment has taken North American rights to Crimson Wolf Productions’ science fiction thriller Eyeborgs.
“Eyeborgs fits perfectly into our long-range content programming goals,” Image’s chief acquisitions officer Bill Bromiley said. “With literally eye-popping special effects and a powerhouse premise, we envision this title really connecting with audiences.”
Richard Clabaugh directed from a screenplay he co-wrote with Fran Clabaugh set in a near future where surveillance has run amok as the state cracks down on terrorism.
Adrian Paul, Megan Blake, Luke Eberl and Danny Trejo star and John S Rushton produced.
Image’s Jason Beck and Michael Bayer negotiated the deal with Kim Swartz of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp on behalf of Crimson Wolf Productions.
