Indomina Releasing’s latest acquisition is the Scottish horror film Outcast following a North American deal with Bankside announced on Thursday [4].
James Nesbitt, Kate Dickie and Niall Bruton star in the Edinburgh-set tale about a witch and her son who flee a hunter charged with wiping out any evidence of their existence.
Colm McCarthy directed from a script he wrote with Tom McCarthy. Eddie Dick, Brendan McCarthy and John McDonnell produced and Phil Hunt and Compton Ross served as executive producers.
Indomina vice-president of acquisitions Rob Williams and Bankside Films’ head of sales and marketing Stephen Kelliher negotiated the deal.
Earlier in the week Indomina announced it had acquired North American rights to Franck Richard’s French horror film The Pact.
