UK sales outfit Jinga Films has sold Thomas Szczepanski’s debut horror The Hunt to New Select for Japan.

Starring Zuriel De Peslouan, Jellali Mouina and Sarah Lucide, the film follows a journalist investigating a secret society who hunt humans for money.

Meanwhile, Jinga has closed several other deals on its AFM slate: A Serbian Film has sold to Accent for Australia New Zealand and Filmicom for Italy, Opening have acquired Timer for France, California Films have acquired Shadow for Brasil, MTI have acquired Exodus for North America and Fine Films have acquired Gnaw for Japan.
