The companies announced the formal partnership on Wednesday [28] hot on the heels of the franchise record $22m debut of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2.
The output deal covers Russia and other nations of the CIS region.

This new output agreement for Lionsgate titles is a natural evolution of our alliance that promises significant benefits for both our companies for many years to come.”

West Company previously partnered with Lionsgate on What To Expect When You’re Expecting, Possession and Silent Hill 2. Upcoming releases include Beautiful Creatures, Prisoners, Pawn Sacrifice and Transcendence.
Lionsgate svp of international Crystal Bourbeau and evp of international contracts and legal affairs Maitreya Yasuda negotiated the deal with West Company.
