Lionsgate and Wrekin Hill in association with Row 1 Productions have acquired US rights to the Halle Berry shark thriller from IM Global.

Pursuant to its agreement with Wrekin Hill, Lionsgate will release Dark Tide on VoD, EST and DVD.

There will be a three-week “Ultra VoD” window commencing Mar 8 followed by theatrical release on Mar 30 and culminating in packaged media and digital download release.

Wrekin Hill’s Chris Ball and Rene Cogan and Brandt Andersen on behalf of Row 1 Productions negotiated the deal with Stuart Ford and Jonathan Deckter of IM Global on behalf of the filmmakers.
