LoveFilm strikes second window steaming pact with Universal for titles including Kick-Ass, Despicable Me, Battleship and Senna.
LoveFilm has struck a multi-year deal with NBCUniversal International Television Distribution for exclusive streaming rights to its films in the second pay TV window.
Films under the deal include Kick-Ass, Despicable Me, Battleship and Senna.
Recent and new release Universal titles will be available on more than 175 devices including PC, Mac, Sony Playstation3, Microsoft Xbox 360, Apple iPad as well as a number of internet-connected TV sets and Blu-ray players.
LoveFIlm has content deals with Disney, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros, eOne and StudioCanal.
