The revenge thriller stars Mark Hamill and Tony Todd and received its international premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival on Jul 21.

Phase 4 will release in North American theatres and on cable VoD in late 2012 while Magnolia Home Entertainment will distribute on Blu-ray, DVD and digital VoD through Magnet Releasing in early 2013.

Kern Saxton directed from a screenplay he co-wrote with Destin Pfaff and Assembly Line’s Neal Fischer, Pfaff, Saxton and Suren M Seron produced in association with Level Up Productions.

Magnolia’s director of acquisitions Peter Van Steemburg, head of legal and business affairs Chris Matson and Phase 4’s Larry Greenberg negotiated the deal with Nate Bolotin and Aram Tertzakian of XYZ Films and Seron.
