Magnolia plans an Ultra VoD release on Aug 26 followed by theatrical roll-out on Sept 30 for Eli Craig’s film, whose roster of honours includes the Midnight Audience Award at SXSW, the best director award at Fantaspoa and the best motion picture award at Sitges.

Open Road Films announced today [8] that it will release its first major acquisition, the Jason Statham-Clive Owen thriller The Killer Elite, in the US on Sept 23.
