The flat-fee TFC Legal is designed to help filmmakers navigate their way through distribution agreements.

The initiative will offer negotiation and business affairs and legal contract services through law firm Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson.

“The key to this initiative is that it is only focused on distribution agreements, our specialty and the focus of our mission,” TFC founder and co-executive director Orly Ravid said.
