Phase 4 Films has acquired US theatrical rights from Submarine Entertainment to Vince Vieluf’s thriller Order Of Chaos.

Phase 4 plans an end-of-year release on the story of a browbeaten young man who resolves to uncover the truth about the people he believes are trying to ruin his life.

Rhys Coiro, Milo Ventimiglia, Samantha Mathis and Mimi Rogers star. Vieluf wrote the screenplay and Ten/Four Pictures founders Gil Cates Jr and Caitlin Murney produced.

Larry Greenberg of Phase 4 Films negotiated the deal with Submarine’s Josh Braun.

Phase 4 Films releases include Valentino: The Last Emperor, The Mysteries Of Pittsburgh and Fifty Dead Men Walking.

West Hollywood-based Ten/Four Pictures launched in January and is currently in production on its second film, the dark comedy Lucky.
