Olivier Heitz’s Paris-based Premium Films has taken on worldwide rights excluding Greece to Ektoras Lygizos’ The Boy Eating The Bird’s Food.
The story is about a nearly starving young man struggling in modern-day Athens.
The Greek drama is playing in TIFF Discovery after it world premiered in Karlovy Vary.
Giorgos Karnavas produced.
Film is currently in production, from Bafta-winning director Cherish Oteka.
