Stephen Dorff stars in Eran Riklis’ story of an unlikely alliance between a 12-year-old Palestinian refugee and an Israeli fighter pilot shot down over Beirut in 1982.

“We’re thrilled to work with Riklis, his previous features are indicative of a filmmaker whose work is definitely in tune with our tastes,” said Jon Gerrans of Strand Releasing.

“After our recent partnership with My Worst Nightmare by Anne Fontaine, Zaytoun was the ideal opportunity to continue our relationship with Marcus and Jon,” said Muriel Sauzay of Pathe International.

Gerrans and Sauzay negotiated the deal with Pathe International.
