Tribeca Film and Miramax will partner on the US release of Last Night starring Keira Knightley, Sam Worthington, Eva Mendes and Guillaume Canet.

Tribeca Film has acquired theatrical, VOD and select digital rights to the drama and plans to release theatrically in spring in multiple markets.

Miramax has retained home video rights, television sales and long-term digital rights.
