Todd Wagner and Mark Cuban’s Truly Indie will handle the US theatrical release for Incediary: The Willingham Case, set to premiere in September.

The documentary is a murder-mystery relating the story of Cameron Todd Willingham, who was executed for the arson murders of his daughters in 1991 in Texas.

“It’s a rare privilege to give audiences a documentary that is so appropriate for our times,” Truly Indie’s Kelly Sanders said. “Steve and Joe embedded themselves in what could be a pivotal moment in history and captured a startling look into how the wheels of justice turn in modern America.”

The unrated film was co-directed by Steve Mims and Joe Bailey Jr.
