Yahoo will platform the drama in an exclusive slot before The Weinstein Company releases the film theatrically in the US on August 29.

James Corden stars as Paul Potts, a bullied British shop assistant who went on to win Britain’s Got Talent.

Julie Walters, Mackenzie Crook, Colm Meaney, Jemima Rooper, Valeria Billelo and Alexandra Roach round out the key cast.

“Every day we help Yahoo users find inspiring and entertaining content,” said Yahoo chief marketing officer Karhy Savitt.  “We are excited to bring One Chance, a fresh and emotionally compelling film to Yahoo Screen, thanks to our new partnership with the Weinstein Company.”

One Chance premiered at Toronto last year.
