Described as a unique, uncompromising and intimate, the film travels behind the scenes at two of Canada's top restaurants to engage with the chefs who made them, Normand Laprise of Toque! and Martin Picard's Au Pied de Cochon. The film travels from Hong Kong through Spain, France and Portugal and throughout Quebec.
The festival, celebrating its 36th edition, runs from October 10 to 21.
