Endeavor Independent is handling worldwide sales in Cannes on Split Image Pictures and Venus Records And Tapes’ $5m (€ 3.7m) Indian revenge tale Hisss.

The Hindi-English production, directed by Jennifer Lynch, shot in India and is based on the myth of the vengeful Snake Woman. It stars starring Bollywood siren Mallika Sherawat and Slumdog Millionaire’s Irrfan Khan. Endeavor Independent’s Alexis Garcia is heading sales.

Split Image’s Govind Menon and Vikram Singh are producing with William Keenan, Menon’s partner at the US-India consultancy and production company Nuclear Mango, which recently opened its doors in Los Angeles and is overseeing post-production.
