Entertainment One (eOne) is expanding its licensing business by announcing plans to acquire US-based brand and licensing agency Art Impressions, led by founder and owner Cindy Bailey.
Calabasas, California-based Art Impressions complements eOne’s existing licensing division and brings expertise and a proven track record in the US market as well as well as the International lifestyle brand management business.
eOne’s US licensing activity has included Peppa Pig.

Art Impressions was launched in 1992 and has worked with brands including SO SO Happy and Skelanimals.
