Partner agency ECI announces a partnership with producer Tim He, at event in Venice.

The fourth Beijing International Film Festival in April 2014 will focus on the theme of ‘Share The Screen, Shape The Future,” organisers have confirmed in Venice.

BJIFF and partner ECI are in Venice to host a VIP reception on Saturday that will welcome guests including Let The Bullets Fly director Jiang Wen (who is serving on Venice’s competition jury) and director Peter Chan.

Zhao Zhiyong, Executive Deputy Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of the Beijing International Film Festival and Vincent Fischer, CEO of ECI, hosted the event and welcomed filmmakers from around the globe to attend Beijing’s next festival.

Agency ECI also announced a long-term partnership with producer Tim He (Ip Man 2, Bodyguards and Assassins) and his production company Hoper Media. They are already collaborating on a French-Chinese co-production.
