New partners have joined for the third edition of the training even at Wroclaw, Poland’s T-Mobile New Horizons International Film Festival.
Locarno and Cottbus have now joined the initiative alongside existing festivals Transylvania, Indie Lisboa and Cinessonne.
The third Studio event will run July 23-26, and 14 Polish directors, producers, DOPs, writers and composers will be selected to attend, as well as 10 international attendees selected by partner festivals.
The New Horizons Studio will address topics including promotion, film marketing, sales, pitching, networking and festival strategy.
The speakers confirmed so far include Agathe Valentin, Head of Sales at Films du Losange; Mathilde Henrot, co-founder of Festivalscope; and from the London Film Academy, Ivanna MacKinnon and David Pope.
The New Horizons team creates the programme in cooperation with Hayet Benkara, MEDIA Desk Poland and London Film Academy.
