The Spanish-language film won the FIPRESCI Award at the Valladolid International Film Festival and was an official selection in Toronto last year.
Antonio Larreta stars as a bed-ridden 80-year-old man who takes a solitary walk through the Patagonian landscape before a visit from his estranged son.
Film Movement's Adley Gartenstein brokered the deal with Stefanie Zeitler of Bavaria Film International.
'We are proud to add this beautifully lyrical film by acclaimed Argentine director Carlos Sorin to our catalog. Antonio Larreta's performance is moving, understated and masterful,' Gartenstein said. 'And, as always, Sorin's keen eye focuses on the essence of life and its everyday mundane experiences, giving them the deeper and more detailed attention they deserve.'
