The new arrival will serve as svp of business affairs for Sanford Panitch’s division.

Kline will report to executive vice-presidents of business affairs Stephen Plum and Mark Resnick.

He will negotiate many of the company’s development, acquisition, co-productions, partnerships, financing and tax-driven agreements and structures.
