UK PR business Freud Communication will retain itsrelationship with its string of film industry clients following the takeover bythe Publicis Groupe.
But the acquisition by the French advertising and marketinggiant could allow the international expansion clients increasingly demand.
"To be able to preserve and develop our business and culturebut have the resources of the most creative global network will provideopportunities for clients and staff alike," said Freud chairman Matthew Freud.
"In the short term its not going to change the way we dobusiness with put film clients," said vice chairman Kris Thykier.
The company represents clients including Working Title, SonyPictures Entertainment and Time Warner Europe.
