Perpetual pacts with Prescience to create Bridgeworks Capital

Perpetual has merged its bridge lending operations with UK financier Prescience. Perpetual MD Alastair Burlingham will join Prescience to head its bridge and tactical funding operations via a new specialist lending arm, Bridgeworks Capital.
