Boris Damast's Vivaldi biopic is picking up momentum. Producer and financier Future Films has now boarded the project, being made by Hand Picked Films and Mechaniks'. In Cannes today, it was confirmed that Celsius Entertainment will be handling sales.
Joseph Fiennes stars as the legendary composer. Also in the cast are Gerard Depardieu, Jacqueline Bisset, Lena Headey, Zuleika Robinson and Elle Fanning.
Future Films has a number of projects at Cannes including Angel's Choice by Tortilla Soup director Maria Ripoll, Bille August's Burden Of Desire, Michael Caine and Demi Moore starrer Flawless and Simon Fellows' Malice In Wonderland with Mischa Barton attached to star.
