Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs Of Wasseypur and Deepa Mehta’s Midnight’s Children bookend the 11th annual Indian Film festival Of Los Angeles.

“We’re delighted to welcome back two beloved film-makers of IFFLA,” said IFFLA founder and chair of the board Christina Marouda. “We believed in Anurag’s talent from the very beginning. We’re now thrilled to have him back as a worldwide acclaimed film-maker.  

“And we once again look forward to sharing Deepa’s new and always thought-provoking work with our Los Angeles audiences.”

This year IFFLA is set to run from Apr 9-14 at ArcLight Hollywood in Los Angeles.
