The Goethe-Institut of Los Angeles has announced its lineup for the seventh annual German Currents: Festival Of German Film.
The festival will begin on October 4 at the Egyptian Theatre with the US premiere of Detlev Buck’s Measuring The World (Die Vermessung Der Welt), which was nominated for two German Film Awards this year and won best costume design and best make-up design at 2013’s Austrian Film Awards.
The four-day long event runs until October 7 at the Egyptian Theatre and will include a selection of features, documentaries, shorts and family films from across German cinema.
