Working Title Films co-chairs Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner will receive the Hamptons International Film Festival’s (HIFF) Golden Starfish Award for Lifetime Achievement on October 12.
The event will be the centrepiece HIFF and BAFTA New York’s second Focus On UK Film series highlighting new UK productions featuring notable British talent.
As part of the tribute, Focus On UK Film will host a screening of Working Title’s new Richard Curtis rom-com About Time starring Domhnall Gleeson, Rachel McAdams and Bill Nighy.

Working Title’s credits include Les Misérables, Elizabeth, Four Weddings And A Funeral, Atonement and Billy Elliott.
“The Hamptons International Film Festival is pleased to recognise Working Title Films and its incredible body of work,” said Anne Chaisson, HIFF executive director. “Honouring outstanding international cinema is the central point of the Festival’s mission and Working Title has been a game-changer on the international stage. It is a great privilege to partner with BAFTA New York to acknowledge Working Title and its standout achievements.”
“We are incredibly grateful to be receiving this recognition from the Hamptons International Film Festival,” said Bevan and Fellner. “This festival has always championed films and filmmakers that we admire, so to be included in such an illustrious group is indeed an honour.”
