The politically charged feature is about a British Muslim teacher who is suspected of terrorism and through the controversial practice of extraordinary rendition and taken to an undisclosed country where he is tortured. Amnesty International consulted closely through the production, which was inspired by the true story of Canadian Maher Arar.
