Hot Docs CanadianInternational Documentary Festival will expand its 2007 edition to eleven days,adding approximately 25 slots to its screening slate.
The Toronto-based festivaldates will run April 19 to 29, 2007. Film submissions for the event are now open,with an early entry deadline of December 15, 2006 and a late entry deadline ofJanuary 15, 2007. The festival expects to present more than 100 titles in itsprogramme line-up, including International Showcase, Canadian Spectrum andregionally-themed programmes Made in Brazil and Spotlight on Central &Eastern Europe.
Applications for projectpresentation slots at the adjoining Toronto Documentary Forum, April 25 and 26,will be accepted beginning December 2006 with a deadline of February 1, 2007.Entry guidelines and an on-line entry form will be available at www.hotdocs.ca.
