Adventure was the name of the game last weekend at the Hungarian box office when The Pirates Of The Caribbean took over the top spot from Jim Carrey's Bruce Almighty with a strong opening performance of over forty thousand admissions.

Peter Mullan's multi-award winning The Magdalene Sisters had a decent start with nearly two thousand admissions from only three prints.

The only Hungarian film on the list, Happy Birthday! (Boldog születesnapot!), is showing signs of weakness and will more than likely drop out of the top ten when the third American Pie episode is released this week along with Lone Scherfig's Italian For Beginners.
