Image Entertainment has acquired all US rights from UK-based Foundation Films to the British crime thriller The Crewstarring Scot Williams and Stephen Graham.

Williams plays a crime lord faced with betrayal and the start of all-out gang warfare just as he prepares to pull off his biggest heist.

Adrian Vitoria directed and Ian Brady adapted the screenplay from the novel Outlaws by Kevin Sampson.

Foundation Films introduced the project at the AFM in Santa Monica last autumn and closed deals with Kinowelt in Germany, Sandrew Metronome in Scandinavia, All Interactive Distribution in Australia and New Zealand, and Anchor Bay in Canada.

Momentum Pictures holds UK rights and released the film in January.
