The film will launch Arjun Kapoor, who is the son of Bollywood star Boney Kapoor, and Parineeti Chopra, the cousin of Priyanka Chopra, in the lead roles.
The love story, set against the backdrop of small town politics and clan wars, started shooting yesterday (Oct 16). Habib Faisal previously won acclaim for his directorial debut Do Dooni Chaar and the script of sleeper hit Band Baaja Baaraat.

Yash Raj’s upcoming slate also includes Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Kabir Khan and starring Salman Khan, which is being lined up for an Eid 2012 release, and Yash Chopra’s long-awaited return to directing, which is set to star Shah Rukh Khan. Ek Tha Tiger is currently shooting in Dublin and Turkey.
