Ira Sachs’ Keep The Lights On and Stephen Elliot’s Cherry will screen at the Inside Out Toronto LBGT line-up.

Keep The Lights On won the Teddy Award for best feature at the Berlinale and will makes its Canadian premiere on May 22 as the centrepiece gala presentation.

Cherry will receive its Canadian premiere on May 18 with all-star cast of James Franco, Heather Graham, Dev Patel and Lily Taylor.

The Documentary Series is also returning for its fifth year at the festival with five films including the Canadian premiere of Vito, a film about a gay activist Vito Russo.

The event is set to run from May 17-27.
