Killer Films co-founder Christine Vachon will give the keynote address at Strategic Partners’s 13th Canadian co-production market in September.
Vachon’s speech will be entitled The Future Is Unwritten and is part of a comprehensive programme of events that brings together 200 producers, financiers, broadcasters and distributors from around the world.
The market is presented by the Atlantic Film Festival and runs from September 16-19 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
“Our mandate is to provide delegates with unparalleled access to top international players and industry influencers – and we’ve certainly delivered with the addition of Christine Vachon as our keynote speaker,” Strategic Partners director Jan Miller said.
Vachon’s credits include Boys Don’t Cry, Far From Heaven and I’m Not There.
