Linsanity will open the 29th Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, set to run from May 2-12.
Jake Shimabukuro: Life On Four Strings and Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow are the centerpiece screenings and Key Of Life will close the event.
All in all more than 140 films will play from more than 20 countries. The roster includes Sake-Bomb, Comrade Kim Goes Flying and Abigail Harm.
“We are excited to host the L.A. premiere of Linsanity,” said festival co-producer David Magdael. “Celebrating opening night with this film, with Evan and his production team, is definitely a proud moment for our Asian American film.
