Warner Bros Pictures International opened Hendrik Handloegten'slocal language production Liegen Lernen at number three in Germany at the weekend, grossing anestimated $555,674 (Euros 507,544) and 88,000 admissions from 137 prints.
The film is an X-Verleih presentation of an X-Film Creative PoolProduction - the same team that produced this year's smash hit Goodbye Lenin, which Warner Bros distributed in theterritory.
In its fourth weekend in Japan, Hero added $1.9m (Yen 232.2m) from 344screens for an estimated running total of $25.1m (Yen 2.9bn).
The distributoralso released updated figures for The Matrix Reloaded, which has now amassed $452.6m at theinternational box office.
