Miramax Filmshas made two key promotions, with Mark Lindsay elevated to senior vicepresident of distribution and head of sales for Miramax International andColleen Seldin moving up to senior vice president of worldwide operations atMiramax Films.

Lindsay will beresponsible for overseeing the company's international sales activities andwill continue to work out of the company's New York offices, reporting toMiramax International executive vice president Jere Hausfater. He steps up inlight of the departure of Stuart Ford.

In his new rolehe will oversee all international film sales for both Miramax and Dimensiontitles and will continue to develop new business opportunities while maintainingstrategic alliances with independent distributors.

Lindsay willwork closely with Miramax International president Michael Williams-Jones oninternational theatrical distribution initiatives.

Hausfater willcontinue to oversee Miramax's theatrical film marketing and distribution aswell as the company's distribution of television and home entertainment productwithin the international marketplace.

Lindsay mostrecently served as senior vice president of distribution and sales for MiramaxInternational and joined Miramax in 1999 as vice president of distribution.

Prior to that heserved in key international sales and distribution roles at Mutual FilmCompany, Spelling Films International, Odyssey Distributors and Lorimar FilmDistribution.

As senior vicepresident of worldwide operations at Miramax Films, Seldin will be based in thecompany's New York offices and will report to chief operating officer RickSands.

She willcontinue to be involved with Miramax's international business divisionsincluding theatrical distribution, where she will work directly withWilliams-Jones.

In addition herrole will be expanded to worldwide home entertainment and television as well asother areas of business.

Seldin mostrecently served as vice president of international finance and operations andjoined Miramax in 1999 as manager of international finance and operations.

Prior to thatshe served as manager of financial analysis at New Line Cinema and worked atSony Music International.
