The Association Of Film Commissioners International’s annual locations trade show will take place in Santa Monica from April 16-18.
More than 3,000 industry professionals and 240 exhibitors representing
more than 30 countries are expected to attend the event.
Seminars will cover Candid Conversations, in which studio executives
discuss their film-making experiences, as well as soft money channels,
global tax incentives and the impact of digital technology on the
business from script development to distribution and exhibition.
Master classes will cover film production, effective marketing
techniques, economic impact and reporting and the importance of
alliances and partnerships, advertising strategies, and assessing and
developing business relationships.
