eOne has reported a 25% year-on-year revenue rise for the year ended Mar 31 of $994.2m and a 19% EBITDA rise of 19% of $98.8m.
Across the six core territories the company released more than 200 films including the Twilight series and Zero Dark Thirty.
The company also said the integration of the Alliance Films businesses is now complete following the acquisition in January.
“This clearly demonstrates the strength of our strategy of investing in world-class content and exploiting our distribution rights on a multi-territory, multi-platform basis,” said president and CEO Darren Throop [pictured].
“The successful acquisition and integration of Alliance has been a particular highlight of the year. Our planned transfer to a Premium Listing and intention to adopt a progressive dividend policy will enable us to drive value for our shareholders.”
