UK distributor Metrodome is to release Park Chan Wook’s Cannes Jury prize winner Thirst in the UK, as part of a deal with Palisades Tartan.

Metrodome also has exclusive rights to represent Palisades Tartan’s VOD and TV library in the UK, which includes Park Chan Wook’s previous 2004 Cannes Jury prize winner Old Boy, as well as other titles in the Asia Extreme brand such as Takashi Miike’s Audition and Kinji Fukasaku’s Battle Royale. 

The catelogue also includes art house division titles such as Steven Shainberg’s 2002 hit Secretary, Paul Verhoeven’s 2007 Bafta nominated Black Book
