In a major restructure, Lions Gate International president NicolasMeyer has assumed sole control of the division and created two key executivepositions.
Stephanie Denton has been named president of film sales for LionsGate Films International and will head up theatrical sales, while CraigCegielski oversees the expanding television slate as vice president ofprogramming and sales for Lions Gate International Television.
Former Lions Gate Films International co-president Sergei Yershovis leaving the company to pursue other interests.
Meyer will continue to oversee sales, marketing, distribution,finance and co-production of the company's growing slate of feature films,television programming and its library.
Denton, who will report directly to Meyer, was previouslypresident of distribution at Initial Entertainment where she handled suchtitles as The Aviator, Laws Of Attraction, and An Unfinished Life.

Prior to IEG, Denton served as president of LakeshoreInternational where her credits include Underworld, Runaway Bride and Arlington Road.
Cegielski's role was created in response to Lions Gate'sgrowing slate of television programming. He previously served as director ofinternational production and development at CBS/King World InternationalTelevision, and prior to that he specialised in international co-productionsand strategy for Paramount International.
Lions Gate Films International's 2005 release schedule includesSaw 2, Fierce People, Hard Candy, The Drudge, Skinwalkers, and the upcoming Rob Zombie horrorpicture The Devil's Rejects.
