Michael Caine and Demi Moore are set to star in the London-set 1960s diamondheist thriller Flawless for SantaMonica-based Pierce/Williams Entertainment and London'sFuture Films.

Il Postinodirector Michael Radford is ready to begin shooting on March 27 in London andLuxembourg froma screenplay by first-timer Edward Anderson loosely based on real events.

Caine will play a janitor at adiamond merchants who teams up to rob the vault with DemiMoore's disgruntled company executive, who seeks revenge on her chauvinisticbosses after she is repeatedly passed over for promotion.

Pierce/Williams' Michael Pierce and Mark Williams areproducing with Future Films, whose joint managing director Stephen Margolisserves as executive producer.

Hyde Park International is handling sales here and it isunderstood sales chief Lisa Wilson has already pre-sold all major territories.
