The film-maker and festival consultant has been hired as CEO of the Provincetown Film Society.

Levine, who founded consultancy firm The Film Festival Group, replaces Gabby Hanna who retired from the position last summer. 

In his new role Levine will also serve as executive director of the Provincetown International Film Festival, Waters Edge Cinema at Whalers Wharf and a new Institute of Cinema Arts.

The 16th Provincetown International Film Festival is expanding to a full week this year and will take place from June 17-23.
