This year’s National Schools Film Week (NSFW) attracted a record 450,000 attendees.
The event, which ran in the UK in October (15 – 23) and in Scotland last week (2 – 6), gives teachers and their students the opportunity to see films at local cinemas for free. This year 2,500 film screenings were held at 560 locations across the UK.
Patrick Stewart, Bill Nighy, Danny Boyle, and Alan Bennett were amongst the celebrities supporting the event, now in its 14 year.
