UK sales agent Altitude has boarded sales for thriller The Prize, directed by Norway’s Espen Sandberg, and starring Jason Clarke and Haley Bennett.
The project is being introduced to buyers this week at AFM, with UTA Independent Film Group handling North American rights.
An American makes a last-minute trip to Sweden to attend the funeral of an old friend – a ranking members of the Nobel Prize selection committee – only to find himself entangled in a web of corruption and murder.
The film shoots in spring 2023 in Finland and Sweden.
Zach Studin is producing, alongside Village Roadshow Pictures, Chris Sparling – who has also written the screenplay – and Espen Horn for Motion Blur.
